Colorado Springs — The Network

Businesses measured by how they treat people.

A growing directory of businesses personally audited on how they treat their customers, their employees, and the clock. No fee. No algorithm. You either pass or you don't.

How this works.

These aren't paid listings. Every business here was personally audited — on how they treat their customers, their employees, and the clock. If they're on this list, they passed.

Approval isn't a membership. It's a judgment call — made after actually spending time with the business. We look at four things: how they structure their time, how they treat their employees, how the customer experience feels, and whether humans are still in the loop. There's no algorithm. There's no fee. You either pass or you don't.
  • Non-rigid timeframes — conversations end when they should, not when a timer says
  • Employee experience — anonymous input from staff, not just what the owner says
  • Customer experience — does a person leave feeling like a person or a transaction
  • No AI displacement — no human has been or is being replaced by automation
You don't apply. You get nominated. If you've had an experience at a business in Colorado Springs that felt genuinely different — where someone gave you real time — tell us. We'll look into it. If they pass, they're in.

Not every business said yes.

We contacted businesses across Colorado Springs and asked to audit them. Some declined. Some said nothing. The list is public — because silence is a decision, and we're treating it like one.
